Circular Economy for Climate Action

In collaboration with Mohawk College's School of Climate Action, we are building the networks to tackle GHG emissions through innovation of material and by-product management. The program is bringing together designers, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, material management companies, and students to find solutions that support the transition to a net-zero, circular economy.

Launched at the PIVOT Conference in 2024, our first initiative will create a "reverse trade show" where companies bring their byproducts to share with trade show attendees that will be challenged to find uses or create new products.

Our goal is to reduce carbon emissions, reduce waste, and to valorize the by-products of companies.

This program will be launched in early 2025 with the first "reverse trade show" taking place in the same year. We encourage you to complete the short form below if you are interested in participating as an organization or an individual.

I'm interesting in participating as:
An organization with products/materials that could use a circular solution
An organization interested in helping find circular solutions by working with students
A student interested in pursuing a project, education, or career in sustainability focused on circular economy
